3 C. lowfat yogurt
1 1¼2 tsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1¼2 tsp. curry powder
veggies of your choice
Line strainer with cheese-cloth, double thick. Put strainer in a big
bowl. Add yogurt and allow to drain overnight in the refrigerator.
Next day, transfer thickened yogurt into a medium size bowl. Discard
liquid.
Stir oil and garlic in small skillet over low heat. Add curry powder
and stir. Whisk entire mixture into yogurt. Season to taste. Chill
at least one hour before serving. Perfect for dipping vegetables or
spreading on your favorite cracker. |
