Back FRESH HERB VINAIGRETTE print this page

3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1¼2 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
1¼3 C. chopped fresh chives
1¼4 C. chopped fresh basil
3¼4 C. olive oil
Whisk vinegar and mustard in small bowl and blend. Mix in herbs. Gradually add oil. Season to taste.
This is great for dipping all sorts of veggies.
