TURKEY BALLS FOR SOUP
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 C minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
flour

Combine all ingredients except flour. Shape into small
balls and roll in flour. Drop meatballs in simmering soup
and heat about 20 minutes before serving. For a deluxe
serving, add 1/2 C. (packed down) raw spinach, shredded,
to your soup.The balls may be frozen and used when
needed. They can be placed in cooking soup right from the
freezer. P.S.They’re great with the Pasta and Bean Soup.
