STRAWBERRY SAUCE
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. cold water

Wash berries; drain them in a colander. Place berries
with lemon juice, sugar and cold water in food processor.
Process into puree. Strain through sieve into a bowl, and
the sauce is ready to complement any cake, fruit, sorbet,
etc. Can be refrigerated until ready to use.
