PRALINE YAMS
Here is an excellent yam recipe!
Praline Yams
40 oz. of canned yams, drained or enough pre-cooked fresh yams
that fill a 2 quart casserole or baking dish
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine of butter, melted

Heat oven to 350°. Place yams in dish. Combine pecans, coconut,
brown sugar, flour and butter, and sprinkle over yams. Bake for
35-40 minutes until bubbly.
