6 Tbsp. butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
4 oz. German sweet chocolate, chopped
1¼2 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
5 oz. evaporated milk
1¼3 C. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
Melt butter and remove from heat. Add chocolates, sugar, coffee, milk and cream. Stir well. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool before using on your favorite ice cream or pound cake. Store in the refrigerator and warm when ready to use.
