6 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1¼2 C. vanilla ice cream
1¼3 C. finely chopped nuts of your choice
Simmer maple syrup in medium saucepan until slightly thickened. Add
1¼2 C. ice cream and whisk until smooth, about 1 minute. Stir in
nuts. Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated before using. You
can also use whole/pieces of nuts such as walnuts, pecans or
cashews. Pour over vanilla ice cream or any other
ice cream your heart desires! |
