4 oz. semisweet chocolate
1¼4 C. unsweetened cocoa powder
1¼2 C. water
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat until chocolate
is melted. Stir as chocolate is melting. Cool slightly and serve
warm on a wonderful plain cheesecake. This sauce will cut the rich
taste of the
cake and look Oh! so pretty. |
