11/2 tsp, cornstarch
2/3 C. water
1/3 C. rice vinegar
1/3 C. smooth natural style peanut butter
2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Combine cornstarch and water in a sauce pan and mix until
cornstarch is completely dissolved. Bring to a boil, reduce heat,
and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Set
aside to cool to room temperature.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a blender and puree. Add to
cooled cornstarch mixture and mix well using a whisk. |
