1/2 C. (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
3 oz. smoked salmon, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Stir all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Season to taste with salt and white
pepper. Serve at room temperature. (You can chop and blend all ingredients in the food
processor.) Serve with breads of all kinds. |
