1 3.4-ounce chocolate pudding mix
2 ounces finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 C. plus 2 Tbsp. milk, whole milk
7 Tbsp. amaretto liqueur
Pour dry chocolate pudding mix into medium saucepan. Add chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
Gradually mix in milk and 6 Tbsp. amaretto liqueur. Stir pudding over medium heat until
chocolate melts and pudding comes to boil and thickens. Divide equally among four 3/4 C.
ramekins. Refrigerate until cold. Serve with dollop of whipped cream and chocolate
shavings. |
