12 sweet potatoes or 1 can of sweet potatoes
1/4 C. sugar or syrup
1/4 C. fat
1/2 tsp.salt
Marshmallows or pineapple
Boil potatoes until tender, peel or use canned potatoes. Mash them, add sugar or syrup,
fat and salt and mix well. Turn into greased baking dish, dot top with marshmallows or
sliced pineapple, place in moderate oven until marshmallows brown. Serve hot. |
