1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 10-oz. pkg. chopped spinach, drain well so no liquid remains
1/2 C. sour cream
1/3 C. grated parmesan cheese

In a small skillet over low heat, sauté garlic in oil for about
1 minute. In a food processor combine all ingredients and
process until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Can be made in advance.
