1 small head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
1 C. prepared croutons
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 pound smoked salmon, cut into strips

Whisk first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
Gradually whisk in oil. Season with fresh pepper to taste
For salad: Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add
enough dressing to coat; toss well. It’s ready to serve!
