1/2 medium-size pineapple
3 medium-size tangerines
1 32-oz. seltzer or sparkling water
sweeten to taste
Peel and core pineapple. Cut into very thin slices. Squeeze
juice from tangerines. In processor, coarsely chop pineapple.
Place pineapple and its juice in 2-quart pitcher. Add tangerine
juice. Stir in sparkling water and sugar if desired. Pour over ice.
