GREEK PASTA SALAD WITH SALMON
3/4 pound tomatoes, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 pound feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 C. olive oil
1/2 C. chopped pitted black olives
1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
2 T. dry white wine
6 green onions
3 large garlic cloves, chopped
3/4 pound linguine, cooked al dente
grilled salmon or tuna

Mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl. Add linguine and crumbled
salmon or tuna and toss. Season to taste. Serve at room
temperature. (P.S. Dressing can be prepared one day earlier and
then mixed with remaining ingredients when needed.)
