EGG-LESS CAESAR SALAD
1 large head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
3 T. olive oil
3 garlic cloves chopped
3 T. fresh lemon juice
8 anchovy fillets, chopped
1 3/4 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Whisk olive oil and garlic in small bowl. Pour mixture over
lettuce and toss. Pour fresh lemon juice over lettuce and toss.
And anchovies and toss. Add Parmesan cheese in small portions
and toss well. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper.
Use croutons to finish off salad.
