1/2 C. sugar
1/3 C. golden brown sugar
1/3 C. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
3/4 C. sweetened shredded coconut
3/4 C. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 C. whole pecans
1 9-inch pie crust, store bought
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup,
melted margarine, and vanilla in large bowl. Whisk in eggs.
Stir in shredded coconut, chocolate chips and pecans. Pour
filling into frozen pie crust. Place pie in oven and bake about
40 minutes
until crust is golden brown.
Cool pie before serving warm.
