CHILI PEANUT SAUCE
1/2 C. roasted salted peanuts
1/4 C. soy sauce (can be low sodium)
1/4 C. rice vinegar
2 T. creamy peanut butter
2 T. fresh lime juice
1 T. seeded minced jalapeno chili
1 T. honey
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Grind peanuts in processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend
until smooth. Can be made ahead of time. Refrigerate and serve
at room temperature. Great with chicken.
