EASY CARAMEL APPLE PIE
1 ready made pie crust
10 caramel candies, cut into pieces
1/3 C. flour
3 C. chopped apples, about 1/2-in. cubes, unpeeled
2/3 caramel sundae topping
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 C. nuts of choice

In medium bowl, combine caramel pieces and flour. Add apples,
caramel topping and lemon juice; mix well.
Pour mixture into crust; top with nuts of choice...pecans,
walnuts, almonds. Bake on preheated baking sheet at 3750 F.
40 to 45 minutes until crust has browned. Cool and serve with
vanilla ice cream and a great cup of coffee. Delicious!
