BAKED PEARS
2 small pears
1/2 C. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. honey
1 ounce graham cracker crumbs (about four 2-1/2 inch squares)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. margarine

Preheat oven to 425°.
Peel pears and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out core. Place
pears, core-side down, in a small shallow baking dish. Pour
water around pears. Drizzle pears with lemon juice and honey.
Cover and bake 20 minutes, or until pears are tender. Uncover.
Sprinkle crumbs over pears. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dot with
margarine. Bake uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
Put a dollop of yogurt on top and this could make a great breakfast.
