ANGEL HAIR PASTA W/ASPARAGUS & TOMATOES
16 stalks fresh asparagus
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
6 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 C. water or dry white wine
1 Tbsp. butter
9 ounces fresh pasta

Prepare asparagus; trim and cut on bias. In a large skillet heat oil.
Add garlic then tomatoes. Cook until soft. Add asparagus, water
and cook uncovered about 3 minutes. Add butter until melted.
Toss prepared pasta with veggies in skillet. Serve with fresh basil
and a sprinkle of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
