1/2 pound medium noodles
1/2 of 1/4 pound butter (mix while noodles are hot)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pound pot cottage cheese
small pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
3 eggs beaten separately
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preheat oven to 350°.
Prepare noodles according to instructions. Drain well. Add butter to hot noodles. In a big
bowl combine all ingredients, including hot noodles. Mix well. Speck batter with pepper,
salt and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Pour mixture into large prepared pan. Pour 3/4 cup milk
over top of noodles.
Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake for about 1 hour. Serve with sour cream and/or cooked
fruit. My favorite is cherry pie filling. |
