HERB/RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
1/4 C. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/4 C. olive oil

Blend all ingredients except oil in processor. Gradually add oil
to working processor. Can be refrigerated for use ahead.
This is great on a green salad with fruits and nuts...
mandarin oranges, walnuts, etc.
