CHUNKY APPLESAUCE WITH CRANBERRIES
3 lbs. golden delicious apples, peeled, quartered,
cored, cut
11¼2 C. apple juice or apple cider
11¼2 C. fresh cranberries
1¼2 C. sugar
Combine all ingredients in heavy large saucepan over high heat.
Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, in
covered pot, until apples are tender. Serve chilled or warm. |
