1 bunch of your favorite leafy green
1 jar roasted red peppers, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced very thin
3 tomatoes, cut to size
6 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
whole black and green olives for garnishing
Place greens on serving plate creating a bed for peppers and onions.
Add Feta cheese, tomatoes and olives. Drizzle with oil and vinegar
or other dressing of your choosing. |
