3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1¼2 C. olive oil
Whisk first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Gradually add in oil.
Season to taste. Once chilled, let stand at room temperature and
whisk again thoroughly before serving. |
