3¼4 pound hot cooked medium egg noodles, drained
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
1¼3 C. melted butter
1¼4 C. milk
1¼4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1¼8 tsp. ground pepper
Mix noodles, spinach, butter, milk, nutmeg and pepper in an oven-safe casserole. Warm in oven (at 350° F.) or on stove top until steamy. It’s that easy. Enjoy!
