1 1¼2 lb. lean ground beef
1¼3 C. ice water
season to taste
4 hamburger buns
Using your hands, blend water into beef. Season to taste and make 4 patties Do not pack too tightly. Broil about 3 inches from high heat until having reached desired doneness. Place in bun with preferred condiments and start chewing!
The secret to a perfect burger is the blending of a few tablespoons of cold water into the ground meat before making the patties. Also, the patties should not be cooked “airtight.”
Do not make patties too firm. By allowing for a looser patty, you will get a juicier hamburger. All the better to eat!

Use above recipe,  but...add 1¼4 C. minced onion, 4 tsp. prepared white horseradish, 4 tsp. Dijon mustard and 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. Season to taste. Blend well into ground meat, prepare patties and broil.
