8 small pieces of crystallized ginger
4 cinnamon sticks
12 whole cloves
12 whole allspice
8 C. apple cider
3 C. water
2 C. orange juice
2 12-ounce cans frozen apple-grape-raspberry juice
concentrate
Wrap first four ingredients in cheesecloth square. Tie in a ball and
place in pot. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat
and simmer 45 minutes. Remove spice packet and serve. Mmmm good!
