31¼3 C. flour
2 Tbsp. pumpkin spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1¼2 tsp. baking powder
3 C. sugar
1 C. oil
4 eggs
2 C. pumpkin (I use canned pumpkin)
2 C. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 C. sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix first eight ingredients in one big bowl. Add chocolate bits and
sliced
almonds. Mix well.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350° for about 1¼, 2
hours. This
recipe makes about 4 or 5 loaves and freezes extremely well. What a
great
hostess gift! |
