1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch wedges
4 bananas, cut into 1¼2 inch slices
4 peaches, pitted and cut into 1¼2 inch pieces
4 oranges, peeled, sectioned and seeded
13¼4 C. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3¼4 C. orange liqueur
Preheat broiler. Thread fruit evenly onto 12 10-inch wooden skewers,
alternating different fruits. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Arrange
skewered fruit in prepared pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over fruit.
Broil as close to heat source as possible until browned, about 3 or 5
minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle each skewer with 1 Tbsp. orange
liqueur and serve immediately. (Can be grilled on outdoor grill!)
