(Can also be used for swordfish/tuna steak)
1 1¼ 2 C. oil
1¼ 2 C. soy sauce
2¼ 3 C. dark Karo syrup
4 T. chopped onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
Whisk together and marinate meat or fish as long as desired. Note: London
broil should be marinated at least 3-4 hours. Makes for delicious flavor and
tenderizer.
