1 small round Brie
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 can mandarin oranges
2 T. chopped pecans
cinnamon/sugar

Remove rind from Brie. Place in oven-safe dish, slightly larger than the 
cheese. Cut 1 1¼2 inch hole in the middle of the brie. Fill with cranberry 
sauce. Smear cranberry sauce across top of Brie. Arrange mandarin oranges on 
top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Bake in a 
350° oven until Brie is soft and melting. Lisa Licht 

MARINATED FLANK STEAK

2 lbs. flank steak
1¼ 2 C. vegetable oil
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. celery salt
2 T. fresh lemon juice
6 green onions (with stalk), chopped

Prepare all marinade ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well. Taste test for 
more pepper, if preferred spicier. Place flank in a zip top storage bag. 
Pour marinade in the bag. Seal and squish all over meat. Leave marinated 
steak sit out for 2 hours. Be sure the bag is tightly zipped. Squish around 
every 1¼2 hour. Cook on grill about 7 minutes per side. Should be served 
slightly pink.
