1/2 C. milk 
1 12-ounce Coca-Cola glass 
1/4 C. seltzer 
3/4 inch Fox’s U-Bet or other chocolate flavor syrup 
Our milk into a tall, chilled glass. Shoot in the seltzer real hard until a white head reaches the top of the glass. Pour in the syrup very slowly. Gradually stir it on the bottom so as not to disturb the couple of inches of foam on the top. When you pull the spoon out you will have a dark chocolate bottom and a pure white foamy top. Adjust the amount of chocolate depending on the sweetness you want.
