3/4 C. butter, melted
1 egg yolk
1 C. powdered sugar
2 C. flour
1/4 C. milk, skim is OK
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
Mix together flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl mix milk and
vanilla. In a third bowl mix butter, sugar and unbeatened egg yolk. Combine
ingredients in three bowls alternately, mixing well. Beat egg white and fold
into batter. Drop batter by teaspoonful onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at
375° F. for about 15
minutes. These are the perfect little cookie. |
