2 slightly beaten eggs
2 C. sugar
1/2 C. oil
1 C. canned pumpkin
2 1/4 C. flour
1 Tbsp. pumpkin spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. dried cranberries
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Mix well. Add flour, spice and baking
soda to mixture. Mix well. Stir in cranberries. Pour batter into prepared
loaf pans. Bake in a 350° oven for about 1 hour. Be sure to test before
removing from oven.
