Back BAKED CHICKEN WITH GRAINY DIJON MUSTARD print this page
5 Tbsp. grainy dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
Mix mustard, oil and garlic in a large bowl. Rub/coat chicken breasts with
mixture.  Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
OOPS! Last month’s Blueberry Cobbler was missing an important ingredient. The
recipe called for 3/4 C. milk to be added to batter. I use skim milk. Thanks
to Sue S. for catching this mistake. It wouldn’t be this cobbler if it
didn’t have the milk!
