3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3/4 C. vegetable oil
Heat vinegar and honey in  small saucepan over low heat.  Stir gently until
honey dissolves. Cool.  Put remaining ingredients in a food processor, adding
cooled honey mixture. Blend until well mixed.  Refrigerate until ready to
use. P.S. The fresh parsley makes a BIG difference in taste so don't “cheat”
on this ingredient.
