2 1/2 C. unbleached flour
2 1/2 C. rolled oats
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 C. Raisinets
1 1/4 C. M & M's, peanuts or plain
1 1/4 C. Reese's Pieces
1 1/4 C. margarine, melted
1 1/2 C. firmly packed light brown sugar
2/3 C. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 half-gallon vanilla ice cream, or other flavor of your choosing
Preheat oven to 350° F.  Prepare two baking sheets.  Combine first 5
ingredients in large bowl.  Mix in Raisinets, M & M's and Reese's Pieces.   In
separate bowl mix margarine and sugars.  Mix in eggs 1 at a time.  Add dry
ingredients and stir until just combined. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfulls onto
prepared sheets,.  Make sure you allow for cookies to spread. Flatten each
into 2 3/4-inch round.  Bake about 12 minutes until golden brown.  Cool
completely and then transfer into freezer until well chilled. Soften ice
cream and then place about 1/2 C. ice cream between two cookies.  You should
have approximately 15 sandwiches when finished.  Wrap each sandwich
individually and freeze immediately until ready to use.  P.S. You can enjoy
cookies with or without the  ice cream
