cheddar cheese ball
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 large green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. horseradish
With a wooden spoon, mix all ingredients together until smooth and consistent. Make a ball and roll in paprika or crushed nuts of your choice. Refrigerate. Keep at room temperature about two hours before serving.
