SUGARED ALMONDS
These are great in a salad using the above dressing!
2 C. sliced almonds (make sure skin remains on nuts)
1/2 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. water

In a small pot, melt sugar in water. Bring to a boil for about
2 to 3 minutes. Add nuts and coat well with sugar mixture.
Pour almonds on a sprayed cookie sheet and place in
preheated oven at 350° for about 13 minutes. Nuts should
bake until they are lightly brown and golden...not burned!
Remove from oven and let nuts cool. When cool, then store
in an airtight container for weeks...
or at least until they remain uneaten!
