CHILI HONEY DRESSING
1/4 C. chopped green onions
3 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 Tsp. jalapeņo chili
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Combine onions, honey, chili and garlic in heavy small
saucepan over medium heat. Simmer 2 minutes, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat and then whisk in mustard,
then the vinegar. Pour warm dressing over spinach or
other green vegetables.
