| 1/2 C. butter, room temperature
(non-dairy spread is OK) 1/4 C. Dijon mustard 3 bunches of broccoli, cut into pieces Mix butter and mustard in small bowl. Refrigerate. Steam broccoli until crisp. Drain well. Transfer to serving dish and add butter, tossing until melted. Season to taste and serve. GREEN BEANS with CASHEWS 3 lb. green beans, trimmed 1/4 C. oriental sesame oil 1 1/2 C. roasted salted cashews, chopped Steam beans in large pot until crisp and tender. Drain well, rinse with cold water and drain again. Return beans to pot and add oil. Toss to coat. Add cashews and toss well. Season to taste. Can be served at room temperature. |
