2/3 C. flour
1/2 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 C. skim milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 C. blueberries, cleaned and washed
(I use more fruit...and usually mix different kinds)
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
Stir in the milk and mix the batter until smooth. Pour the
melted margarine into a 1 or 1 1/2 qt. casserole-type baking dish.
Pour in the batter and sprinkle the berries on top. Bake the
cobbler in a preheated 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until it
is lightly brown. This is a great dessert either cold or hot,
with or without whipped cream!!
