Lilly Pulitzer® Enters into Eyewear Licensing Agreement with the Kenmark Group  


NEW YORK— Lilly Pulitzer®, a lifestyle brand inspired by the illustrious style of authentic Palm Beach, announced today that the company has entered into a licensing agreement with the Kenmark Group for the design, production and distribution of women’s sunglasses and optical eyewear under the Lilly Pulitzer brand.  The agreement is effective immediately and the new collection will be available at the retail level in January 2008, timed with the launch of the Spring 2008 collection, with distribution throughout the United States.

Distribution for the first collection is aimed at upscale department stores and specialty boutiques as well as 17 Lilly Pulitzer Retail Stores and 75 Lilly Pulitzer Via Shops throughout the U.S.  The eyewear collection will be designed with a bit of whimsy for the affluent-at-ease and will include sunglasses with optical eyewear following in the second year.   Retail prices for the sunwear collection will range from $90-$180.
